KIDDUSH SPONSORS
We have one standard Kiddush, no matter how many sponsors we have.  There will be weeks when we do not have a sponsor and the extra sponsorships help with this deficit.
If there is more than one sponsor paying $350, no extra food will be supplied.
Please note that there is a standard amount of food which is supplied per Kiddush and the deluxe kiddushes or luncheons can be arranged, at extra cost, by calling the office.
For birthdays, anniversaries and yartzeits, which are known well in advance, we advise that you book your Kiddush ahead of time.
Weekday Breakfasts are $110.

To everyone who has borrowed chairs, tables and library books — please return them to the shul asap.  As of August 1st, no tables and chairs have been returned.
Returning these items is a big Mitzvah.
If you have any spare BLACK Yarmulka’s (kippot) please bring to the shul.

Special instructions for when the fast falls on Sunday and thus begins right after Shabbat, Saturday night.
On Shabbat, Saturday afternoon one must finish eating before sunset, we do not eat the egg and bread dipped in ashes as on Shabbat we may not observe mourning customs. Recite the evening prayers (Maariv), and include the usual Shabbat night insertion of "Ata Chonantanu". Those who do not recite the evening prayers should recite the following verse:

"Baruch haMavdil ben Kodesh leChol"
"Blessed is He Who distinguishes between the holy and the mundane".

Havdalah is not recited, but one lights a candle and recites the blessing on the creation of fire (Bore Me'orei Haesh).
On Sunday night - The full Havdalah is recited at the conclusion of the fast, however the blessings on the creation of fire and on the spices are omitted.

reflects $4.11 per day
$750 per person (individuals, Seniors) -
reflects $2.05/day

Post dated checks and credit card payments for 10 months will be $160 for Family and $80 for individual membership due to extra processing, handling and mailing costs.

The reason for the extra monthly charge is for preparation time for monthly receipts, entering monthly transactions, bookkeeper’s time, stamps, credit card fees, and maintaining monthly records. For post-dated checks, these fees are to protect us from bank charges for returned checks. Processing is the same.

Payment arrangements can be made by calling Esther on Monday or Wednesday from 11:30 a.m.—3:30 p.m. or Esther@chabaduc.org
